Hong Kong Hidden Youth Association and South China Athletic Association Plan to hold a Mixed Football Match 25th November,2014
The South China Football Team is invited to have a mixed-player football match with the HKHYA Soccer Team on 10th February, 2015 at 3p.m. The match, will be held at Mong Kok Stadium, will help the teenagers to learn how to cooperate with each other and work as a team.
In the match, the youths will be divided into two teams and four professional players from SCAA will be assigned to each team. The professional players will lead the team to against each other in the football match. In addition to the match, there will be a sharing section, in which the professional players will share the experience of how to cooperate with new teammates and the happiness to work as a team to achieve the goal.
“The mixed match is a great opportunity for the youths to learn the importance of teamwork and taste the joy of group success, this could help them to better engage with the community and have strong connection with the society.” Said Mr. Yip, a senior manager for SCAA.

The Hong Kong Hidden Youth Association Hosted Family Day Camp for Local families. 9th June, 2014
The Hong Kong Hidden Youth Association held a Family Day Camp on 7th June, 2014 for local families. The event, which was held at Jockey Club Tai Tong Holiday Camp, helped to facilitate the interaction among family members and parent-child communication.
During the event, the family members work as a team to complete the Team-building game, such as Rope Knots Game. In addition to those tasks, the family units also participated in Orienteering, in which the families have to find their way quickly across the campsite using a map and a compass.
“The Family Day Camp was a great opportunity for me and my wife to know more about our children, we have a close communication during the event, such interactions allow us to consolidate the parent-child relationship,” said Mr. Ma, a participant.
